Best tacos in Dubuque hands down. If you want true, delicious and filling tacos then look no further the Al Pastor (marinated pork) is by far my favorite and go to! Slap a little green sauce on it and it’s heaven from there!

Called ahead and they got my tacos ready in 15-20 minutes. 4 tacos, just cilantro, and I bought a soda and some candy - cost me 19 and they were PACKED with meat. It was wonderful. Great Mexican food.

Food is always Excellent and you just can't beat the price I get a huge Chicken and Beef burrito with everything for around 10 bucks it's amazing and you're always greeted with a smile. I would definitely recommend checking them out especially if you're on a budget!

Best tacos in dubuque hands down! They're a small take out restaurant. Outside of their limited space the food speaks for itself. They are authentic for sure. Wish they were open longer

Always amazing, affordable and authentic as it gets. Today we went for marinated pork, steak, cow tongue, and chicken. The sauces are delicious too! We’re from San Diego and have a hard time eating Mexican in the Midwest… tastes like home

I have only had tacos here but they are the best! It's really a store that sells food in the back. It's all take out. Your should try it though

As a Mexican grocery store taco enthusiast, I don’t say this in jest, these are the best tacos I’ve ever had. I had (2) of the pastor and (1) of the lengua. Mhmmmmm! Both were cooked to perfection with a flavor that I’ll tell in detail to my across the hall neighbor in a nursing home someday. They wrap up each taco like a newborn baby leaving the hospital for the very first time. It’s an art of beauty you need to experience for yourself. Lastly, both salsas (green and red) hit all the right spots. I can’t say enough good words. Well done, El Paisano!
